Returns
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement item (where available) or a full refund, but the item MUST be returned first to the address stated below. If, when you receive your order,you change your mind, please let us know within 30 days of receipt (an email will be suffice) and return the goods to us in their original condition within 2 weeks and we will refund the cost of the item(s). Guarantee: The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel your order 24 hours from the time of placing your order, in which a full refund will be given. Should your order have already been processed and shipped, please return the item(s) in an unopned state to receive a refund.
